We are expanding our network of local producers with the launch of our new jam, Breton Rhubarb Jam, an initiative we have been pursuing for many years with other flagship products in our ranges: Plougastel Strawberry, Roscoff Onion, Landeleau Apple, Breton Shallot.

A jam with local flavors

Prepared with rhubarb grown in Finistère, this jam offers a slightly tart taste and a smooth texture, with 65g of fruit per 100g. It goes well with breakfast on bread or crepes, as well as with dessert, a tart, or yogurt.

Meeting Benoît Quiviger

Benoît Quiviger's company wanted to make the most of its significant rhubarb production, and this approach naturally appealed to us. His family farm, located in Plounévez-Lochrist in Finistère, was established in 2010. It employs 15 people and specializes in growing ancient vegetables, squash, and rhubarb. Benoît Quiviger personally handles the cleaning, packaging, and marketing of his crops, while also offering his services to other farmers.

A wonderful collaboration between two Breton skills, for a jam that highlights local producers and their high standards.
